AI Video Generation & Your Photos

To generate a video, the two photos you upload and the source video for the template you select are sent to a third-party AI service provider (currently Higgsfield) that performs the generation. That provider is a separate company with its own privacy practices and data retention policies.

We do not promise a specific timeframe in which that third-party provider deletes your photos, because we do not control their retention and cannot verify it. We will not claim your photos are deleted within a set number of hours or days.

We store your generated video (and may store your uploaded photos) in our own cloud storage so you can preview and download your result. We do not publicly display your photos or generated videos without your consent.

Analytics

We use two analytics services on this site to understand how it is used:

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4), which sets a cookie and reports aggregated usage metrics such as pages visited and how you interact with the generator (for example, choosing a template or starting a generation).
• click.pageview.click, a privacy-oriented, cookieless analytics script that reports aggregated page views for the domain hotellobbyaivideo.pro.

Analytics events only include non-sensitive information such as the template ID, resolution, and job status. We do not send your photos, filenames, email address, photo content, or prompt text to analytics services. Analytics are loaded only on the production site, and if an analytics script fails to load, it does not affect uploading or generating.

Use of Data

We use the data described above to provide the video generation service, maintain and improve the site, and understand how the service is used. We do not sell your personal data.

Data Sharing

We share your photos and the selected source video with a third-party AI service provider (Higgsfield) solely to generate your video, as described above. Otherwise, we do not share your personal data with third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.
