How to make a Hotel Lobby AI video
Turn two photos into a two-person performance video in a few minutes. No prompt and no editing are required — the preset template handles the scene and the motion for you.
1. Pick two clear, front-facing photos
Choose one photo for the left performer and one for the right. Clear, front-facing shots with one subject each and even lighting give the most reliable results. Avoid sunglasses, masks, or anything that hides a face.
2. Upload and assign the performers
Upload Photo A for the left performer and Photo B for the right. If you want them the other way around, use Swap to flip the positions before generating.
3. Generate your video

What the template does
The Classic Duo template is a short studio performance with two people standing side by side. Motion transfer keeps the framing and movement of that scene and swaps in the people from your two photos — so both performers move, with no green screen and no manual editing.
The template also sets the length of the video, so there is no separate duration selector. Results can vary with movement, angle, and how clearly each photo shows its subject.
